Investment Overview
The VR Property Group is proud to offer our investors the opportunity to invest in one of many 5* beach resorts throughout the Caribbean. With our project partners we are offering frehoold investments from as little as £25,000.00 in St Lucia, The Dominican Republic, Barbados, St Vincent & the Grenadines.
Our aim is to deliver excellent long term returns on investment by selling properties off plan at up to 50% below market value and by selecting locations where the property market is experiencing high capital growth which is likely to continue. There must also be demand for hotel accommodation because resorts either are in a location with an established tourist industry or in a new location that is experiencing inward investment in its infrastructure to support tourism. Resorts will have the best design, amenities, management and marketing to bring the best possible rental rates.
The Offer:
- Just £1,000 reservation fee. 100% finance* is available – the developer pays the monthly repayment on the loan for the 30% deposit
- 70% developer loan available on completion
- Two year 10% rental guarantee followed by 50% net room rate share
- Investors have 30 days free use per year (except SIPP investors)
- Properties are fully furnished
- Properties are sold off plan at up to 50% below market value with several price increases during construction
- Own the freehold
- Properties are suitable for SIPPinvestment**
All properties will be built to the highest standards and building specifications that you would expect from a 5 star development. The resorts will be managed, maintained and marketed by a 5 star hotel management company which has an excellent reputation and proven track record for managing the maintenance and rentals of similar 5 star resorts. Each resort will be marketed to deliver the highest possible occupancy and an excellent potential return for investors.
